Te Taha Tinana ( Physically Well Being)


                                        Walt: identify ways to improve our physically well being

                                                           

                                        Task description: today I drew a ginger bread man and I was writing                                       stuff about how i could keep my body active and physically well. 
1. going to sleep earlier 
2. having breakfast 
3. not getting distracted 
          these are my goals for next week to keep my body healthy
