Narrative Writing


Today we had just write a NARRATIVE, T - Tittle , O - Orientation P - Problem S- Solution

Today Nina showed us a way how to clear our mind. It's also good to clear your mind so you dont get to over heated and start doing bad things. It helps you to reset your mind and not get over heated.  This helps you yo remain calm when you would normally get upset and angry. These are 5 way I prefer to clear our mind

1. Playing relaxing music
2. Going to an quite place
3. Close your eyes
4. Breathe gently and meditate
5. Sit by yourself

Build a healthy body - Taha Tinana

ME and my friends did 58 star jumps at the same time. But before we started we thought it would me easy but actually it was a bit hard to do in 1 minute. My goal next time is to get more then 58 I bet I can do 100 in 1 minute.


How many STAR JUMPS can you do in 1 minute?
                   How did you feel after your attempt? Too hard? Too easy?

Genius Hour @ PES

 
Today we learned about how the google company allows their workers to use 20% of their working hours to work on a passion they have. This is known as 'Genius Hour'. Our class came up with a list of our own passions. we will be working on these things in the weeks to come in our very own 'Genius Hours'.

Taha Wairua - Spiritual Wellbeing

Today for  our study on Te Whare Tapa Wha we are looking at  Taha Wairua.

This is to do with our Spiritual Wellbeing . There are many ways people show Taha Wairua. We talked about this and came up with  this list :

1.People pray in public and in private
2.Some people dress a certain way to show their Spiritual Wellbeing - what  they believe in
3.Read and live by a certain set of guidelines: Bible Quran etc 
what other ways can you think of?

Today our activity  was  to create a card to bless another  person from our bubble. To make their spirit - their Taha Wairua' stronger.
This card I've drawn is for my dad and i hope it lifts his spiritual wellbeing

                                             5 THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR

1. I am grateful for my parents because they feed me and look after me every day and for paying my  Leads for school.

2. I am  also grateful for my school because if it assent  for the  teachers I wouldn't of been here I   might of been out on the streets so that what i'm  grateful  for.

3.  I am grateful for friends. the reason why is because they  always like to hype me up and support me witch  is nice.

4. I am grateful for my siblings because if it wasn't for then I would been so board all the time and just play game with no one.

5. I am always grateful for GOD and our savor witch is Jesus the reason why is because our lord provided everything for us to live happy and safe so that why I like  to go church to thank them for giving all of us another chance to live.

LEVEL 2 SCHOOL @ PES...


Task Description: So today for my task i have drawn a phone with words in it so if your at home today please make sure your child is coming because school is the best and because it is level 2 it docent mean you leave your kid till it goes to level 1. It will be fine for your child because our teacher sorts out everything to keep your child safe.

HEALTHY SNACK


Task Description: Today we watched a video of Nina making her own healthy snack. So we had to put the ingredients that Nina used on to the google slide then one is finished I had to make a slide of my ingredients that i'm gonna use. so  if  you would like to make my healthy snack you would have to get banana's and yogurt and a smoothie maker. Then to start you would have to the peel the banana and put it in the smoothie maker then grab the yogurt and pour it into the smoothie maker the once you've done that you would have to turn on the smoothie maker. Then you just wait till you see if the yogurt and banana gets smooth then take it out  and pour it into a cup. then finish  you made the best smoothie ever.
