Today Nina showed us a way how to clear our mind. It's also good to clear your mind so you dont get to over heated and start doing bad things. It helps you to reset your mind and not get over heated.  This helps you yo remain calm when you would normally get upset and angry. These are 5 way I prefer to clear our mind

1. Playing relaxing music
2. Going to an quite place
3. Close your eyes
4. Breathe gently and meditate
5. Sit by yourself
